![]() The test above doesn't convince me I need to worry about the window type. Crestron product development software is licensed to Crestron dealers and Crestron Service Providers (CSPs) under a limited non-exclusive, non-transferable Software Development Tools License Agreement. Which has me thinking about the Enhanced Embedded Video Object and its ability to switch between window types however, I'm anticipating I may not be able to get all the cameras working via http/mjpeg and may need to use rtsp/h.264 for some of them. I was told that some are rendering properly on TSWs and others are rendering properly I'm heading to a jobsite tomorrow that is using three separate camera brands. ![]() Was this always the case or has the object changed along the way? I'm a bit puzzled as to why there is even an option for stream type. ![]() Turns out I can send http or rtsp URLs to both objects and they'll render. I have two pages, one with the Video Object set to MJPEG and the other to H.264. I was just doing some testing on a TSW-760 with the Embedded Video Object using an Axis M7011 encoder, a Hikvision DS-2CD2432F-IW camera and the always useful BigBuckBunny RealPlayer®, Crestron MJPEG viewer, Crestron IP Intercom, Crestron SIP Phone, NetMeeting®, VNC viewer4, Remote Desktop, Java Runtime, Crestron Keyboard, Adobe® Acrobat® Reader, WordPad, MS Word Viewer 2003, Excel® Viewer 2003, PowerPoint® Viewer 2003 RF Wireless3 RF Transceiver IEEE 802.11a/b/g WiFi, 5.
